Managing multiple social media accounts of different clients

Hello! We offer a lead generation service to thousands of clients. They can manage them through our lead management system. However, many have asked us to also manage - using the our admin panel - the leads they generate thanks to their social media accounts/campaigns.

I know I can connect my admin with FB/IG/TW etc using my Zapier account. What I was wondering is if Zapier has a way I can use the integration power to offer my clients to connect their SM accounts with my admin so they view all those leads in one place (they don’t need nor want their own Zapier accounts).
