Issue with the client id necessary to embed Zapier on my website

The issue: On March the 31st the Client ID for the app I am developing has been issued. Zapier states it only takes 24h to be generated but we haven't received an answer yet. Is it because the app needs to be published first? Or did something go wrong and I am not aware of it?
