I had a feature idea after I made a zap and it asked me if I’d like to make it a template for the community.
While I said yes, I thought that gamification of template creation and other sectors of Zapier would be a great way to get free credits towards paid plans or additional zaps, hook users more to keep them coming back, and stimulates ease of use for future and existing customers with new tap templates.
Rewarding users for creating unique templates would probably make us better net promoters, too.
Want users to share the templates on social media? Give them more rewards for each share!
Zapier is the leader in low-code automation, but it could be more sticky because some zaps aren’t so easy to decipher and setup and this would reduce more friction eventually.
