Connected account not updating after consent is given to zapier in integration

In my zapier integration built using zapier’s CLI, after a user connects their account successfully, the zap step does not display the newly connected account until after a user refresh of the page. Other integrations do not have this problem, so I’m wondering if there’s something more we need to do after the request to exchange an authorization code for an access token.
