AWS Cognito oauth - account is expired as soon as it's linked

Hi there,
 

I’m setting up a custom zapier integration, but something seems wrong with our oauth setup. I’m testing from the Authentication view in the dev console. I click “Sign in to {MY_APP},” our AWS Cognito front-end opens in a pop-up, I sign in successfully, the account appears in the Zapier dev console and then immediately says “This account is expired. Please reconnect here.” Reconnecting doesn’t help because the account just expires immediately again.


I believe this is the same issue as below, but it doesn’t appear that that issue got answered. I don’t think the answer in there applies; they’re suggesting to modify the test endpoint, but my test endpoint will never succeed because I can’t get an account linked.
