Hi there! I'm new to Zapier (really liking it so far) and I'm interested in some advice from long time users (I run a landscape business in Atlanta for context)
So far I’ve set up two zaps. One for our customer contact form (when they request landscaping requests) and one for job applications (anyone that wants to apply to work with my company). The customer leads go to my Slack channel where the crew is so they can hop on it quickly. And the job applications go to a separate channel so we can see who’s interested in working with us. I would love if there was a feature for Google My Business requests, Yelp requests, Nextdoor/Insta/Facebook/etc. Is that possible? Are there any other features I should take advantage of? I’ve only been using it a week so I'm brand new to this whole idea in general. Thanks for your time! PS for more context I use Square for invoicing, Squarespace for my website, and Google for our email.
Hey There! I am thinking through how I can create this and would love some creative mind with me on this. I am wondering how I can turn my blog articles into twitter threads. I see that you can post to twitter but not necessarily make a thread for that same post? Ideally, I am wondering if we need to use AI at all to have it read the blog to select a few tweetable sentence. I was looking into AI by zapier, but I wasn’t sure if that was the best route to go. Does anyone have any tools they recommend that can do this? Of course, also integrate with zapier?My goal is to have the following workflowBlog article → ai picks and selects a few sentences → posts to twitter OR Blog article → breaks it down to mini tweets (we could use formatter by zapier) → then posts to twitter as a thread, not individual tweet. What are your thoughts on this?

I’m getting this error “While requesting "contact" from Infusionsoft we ran into an error: Fault (code 10) occurred. Message: [NoFieldFound]No field found: Contact._ReviewedBy” Though this field shows up on my Infusionsoft “Update/Create contact” step I still get this error. I’m not mapping any information to this field and still it hits the error. Is there something I can do? I checked on my IFS account and this field does not exist on the Custom Fields Thank you
Hello - We are trying to configure a Zap that will push contacts from either a SFDC campaign or Marketo program to a running Google sheet used by sales. We have plenty of zaps that go the other way around (google sheets to Marketo), but I’m having trouble using Marketo as a starting point. Problem: Contacts are signing up for an event and are getting added to a Marketo program and SFDC campaign. We want to take these new registrants and push them to a google sheet. When I try to start a Zap in Marketo, the only option is “when a new lead is created”. This program has a list of new and existing contacts, so I’m not sure what would work. I expected to be able to filter on “is a member of this program” or “gets added to this static list”. The second option is to use “contact gets added to SFDC campaign” as a trigger. However, the zapier options seem to only look for new records being created within a particular object (new person gets created or new campaign gets created, not “person i

Hello, I am curious if there is an app on zapier that allows you to add music to a video?For example, I create an mp4 video with Bannerbear and then I would like an app to download the video, add royalty free music, and give me that same MP4 video link so I can upload it across social channels?
I run a restaurant that has multiple storefronts as well as an online storefront that delivers directly to people’s homes. We currently just use Shopify for the online storefront and Square POS for the brick-and-mortar locations; however, we plan on replacing Square POS with Shopify POS. This way we’ll have all of our sales on a single platform. Here’s the catch: we use Fresh KDS at our brick-and-mortar locations. I can see that Zapier has some standard Zap integrations that will send Orders from Shopify to Fresh KDS. We need to be able to direct Orders based on the location of the store, i.e. we don’t want to send every Order in Shopify to Fresh KDS. We need to send Orders for Location A to the Fresh KDS at Location A and Orders for Location B to the Fresh KDS at Location B. Can Zapier support this particular use case?

Hello guys,I have seen many asking how to capture UTM Parameters data and add them into CRM softwares.Being a Digital Marketer I know how helpful it can be for you to identify which traffic sources are bringing you Quality Leads looking in the CRM.Good News I have recently found a Form Builder called Growforms and yes it can capture the UTM Parameters individually and transfer that data to a CRM or Spreadsheet along with the Lead Information.The best part is that many form builders capture the Entire Referer URL with UTM Parameters but I found this can capture all the parameters individually without the need to use a Formatter or Code step inside Zapier.Here is how you can capture the UTM Parameters when you create a form using Growform.There is form field available called Hidden Field and you just need to add that field in the form builder configuring them to capture every specific parameter that you want to track individually.Remember you can add these on any step of the form if its
I have set up a trigger and an action - which works, sort of anyway. The problem is I want the trigger and the action to work for new items, future items, not the specific items that I am testing. But the required Item ID will only let me choose current items (not the item that is connected to the trigger test or a general field). I have tried to use the Custom feature but nothing matches the trigger test item. Suggestions? Thanks.
