For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Webhook Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible for all of the sections.
Also, link to the CRM API endpoint documentation you used to configure the API request in the Zap step.
Actually, I am the developer, and I have access to the API, but due to recent updates the API is not working properly can you help about the Zapier webhook working of if there is any documentation that can help?

Without seeing screenshots for how the Zap step is configured, there’s not much we can derive from the previous screenshots.
- We have not changed our API recently to receive Zapier information. We did do a search through our logs for missing leads. We could not find anything through our logs to indicate that we are receiving information from Zapier. Is there something we need to change in the Zaps? Thanks for the help.

Webhooks by Zapier is now using a newer version as of the last few days. This has caused many errors in our Zaps as of today/yesterday. @Troy Tessalone @Sharoon @gatipe
