I have a zap running, FB Lead Ads > ActiveCampaign. There is no warning in the zap. if i test the zap with an real email adresse everthing works fine - contact is running into Active Campagin.

 

But as the FB Lead Ad is running now- there are no contact running into Active Campaign. If check double all list and forms in AC.

Im wondering about one message in the zap history which says: result_message:

Could not add contact; missing email address

Where can be te problem that contact arent going into AC?

Good question.

We’d need to see the DATA IN for this Zap step, which will help us understand why the email was missing.

The API you are using returns a response regardless of success or failure, which is why the Zap step resulted in a success, and that can be misleading.

Why are you using a Webhook instead of the ActiveCampaign Zap app integration?
