Webhook error: Failed to create a request

You may need to add additional Headers as per the Freshdesk API: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#filter_tickets

Try moving the query string parameters to the Query String Params section.

I did that, but didnt work.  ill try to add the content-type header

Thank you so much @Troy Tessalone  i didnt realized i didnt add the header right.  With that change and just using regular quotation marks it worked!

I set it up as in attachment, but the system tells me “API Key required”

Im trying to set a webhook, and when i configure it on webhooks it returns an error “Failed to create a request. But I type everything correctly. 

And I get this error message : The error "application/json is not a legal HTTP header value" is due to an incorrect header value. In your input data, the "Content-Type" header has an extra newline character (\n). To fix this, remove the newline character so it reads "Content-Type": "application/json". This should resolve the error. See screenshot in attachment. What could be the problem ?
