Unable to connect Google Forms to Webhooks in Rico Blue and map headers correctly
I’m trying to connect a google form to webhooks Rico Blue. Everything is fine except when the form answers show up in Rico blue, they have no headers and are in the incorrect location. How do I map it out whether the first trigger is google forms or the connected google sheet so that the header moves with the response to Rico Blue. Is there a mapping in webhooks trigger that I’m missing? E.g. “First Name” as header field in Rico for the first name response
These were the instructions I was given by RicoBlue

Hi @annika.arvayo
For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:
how your Zap steps are outlined
how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible

@annika.arvayo
What is the link to the app API endpoint documentation you referenced to configure the API request? (url)
That’s the Rico link to a new vendor
@annika.arvayo
Based on the info from Ricochet360 it says they will handle the mapping in the Ricochet360 app.
Try working with Ricochet360 Support for help with their app.
Rico said they still need the headers to process to their end. In Rico system the headers to the answers are random given keys. How do I get the API for this zapier?
@annika.arvayo
You need to ask Ricochet360 for the API endpoint documentation to use.
Hey @annika.arvayo, just checking in—did you manage to get the API documentation from Ricochet360?
If not, in your screenshot it looks like you might be looking to create a lead, is that correct? Asking as I did some checking and there’s a Ricochet app on Zapier which has a Create Lead action, perhaps you could use that instead:
