I am trying to retrieve customer data from SmartWaiver, which I have been able to connect successfully to Zapier, however I am missing something when it comes to collect the data from the waiver. I am trying to use that information to create a new customer in Quickbooks Online, which I also have been able to connect successfully.

Per the instructions from help link about and in the excerpt below, you need to use the SmartWaiver API in another Zap action step to pull the full waiver details.
HTTP POST Request
Two keys are passed:

“unique_id” is the new waiver’s id.

The value of “unique_id” can be used to call the API using query option “rest_waiverid”.

This will allow you to obtain the complete waiver’s information (including full name, date of birth and the credentials needed to download the PDF to your server).

“event” describes what prompted the webhook. The available values are:

"new-event" (Provides a notification when a waiver has been signed)

"email-verification" (Provides a notification that the email address assigned to the waiver has been verified)

"check-in" (Provides a notification that the signing participant attached to a waiver has checked in)
