I’m trying to connect to the app Growave with their API that uses Oauth V2.
Can I use webhooks for that or do I need to make a custom integration?

Growave API is available starting from Enterprise plan.
Generally to handle OAuth it’d be best to create a custom Zap app integration using the Zapier Developer Platform: https://developer.zapier.com/
