New Issue (Via JQL) in Jira Software Cloud

Hi,

 

I build new task that triggered on “New issue via JQL.

  1. Does it identified issue creation on the spot and run the JQL?
    Or it using any kind of interval to executethe JQL against Jira?
  2. If i change the trigger to be “Issue create” (without JQL), is taht will be immediate triggered on issue create or its also based on interval.

    if that runs as interval, what is the value and can i control it to decrease.

Hi @Bruno Bendavid 

Good question.

The Zap trigger is scheduled meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

That being said, the data it retrieves would likely be the data from when the Issue was first created, not if it was updated before before it was fetched by the Zap trigger.
