Multi-Reference field - Workaround?

The multi-reference field mapping Airtable->Zapier→Webflow is not working since a few years back. I stumble across Powerimporter and Whalesync but I just wonder if anyone has another workaround for this? Searching for weeks without any luck besides including one of these two solutions.

@EmilSM Are you looking for a workaround to powerimporter.com and whalesync that would be free, or have you tried using these sync tools and they have not worked for you for specific reasons? Would be great to know.
