Marketo Access Token being invalid even though it is still valid

Hi all,

 

I’m having trouble populating a custom field in Marketo from Zapier as sometimes it will throw 601 errors for the Marketo API.

Leaving some screenshots:

API failed with a 601 error with the b0246… access token.

Access token that was generated is valid for over close to 1 hour (time I was checking was 16:30) so this token was still valid.

I recheck Marketo and it is the same token.

I refresh the token from Zapier by entering the sequence and MANUALLY retrieving the token from Zapier. (Like I did in our call, manually retested the token inside Zapier)

Token is finally valid as I MANUALLY retest the API POST request in the last step.



It is not a Marketo issue, it seems to be a Zapier one. Token sometimes will work and sometimes won’t, like this example.

Can anyone help? May it be some latency issue of the token not being properly inserted in the API call? Or maybe it will take some time to very that the token is indeed valid? Thanks​​​​​​
