Is there any way to increment zap duration limit (Code by Zapier)?
10 secs is not enough right now for us. We need to process almost 3000 rows from a spreadsheet.

No.
You should look into a different way to individually process each row in the spreadsheet rather than in bulk.
Time & Memory Limits
Free users are limited to 1 second and 128mb of RAM.
Paid users get well over double that at 10 seconds and 256mb of RAM.
Your Zap will hit an error if you exceed these limits.
