How to setup webhooks between WordPress and a separate HTML website on HTTPS?

i have a website https://ai-architects.cloud that is on wordpress, then its got another layer, a hostname https://demos.ai-architects.cloud , and the https matters because they are both secure so should be able to send traffic back and forth since the demos layer is a valid A record using an AWS ip address running a flask app.  
Only thing is the demos layer is regular html, and I can’t figure out how to get the webhooks to work so they talk to each other. Do you have any integrations documentation?
I figure i will be facing a similar issue with https://elpaso.ai because its is running http://ai-agents.live in a https://repl.it domain, and same thing, it is an html website.

I did see there was another question about a Wordpress blocks editor, same as mine, 27 days ago and didnt see a resolution updated.
