Hello All

I am trying to find a way to move data from a Jotform to an Affinity list.

  • Simple Use case, a JotFrom with fields like OrgName, ContactName, Email, Phone is submitted
  • Ideally I can use the Affinity App/Tool to grab the data and move it to an Affinity list that has the same fields listed for the JotForm.
  • However, the options in the Affinity App DO NOT include one to simply move or map items from a Form or source to a list. There are multiple events with Create, and Search options, but I don't seem to see one that can help me map the source fields to an Affinity list. 

  • My next option will be to explore if Webhooks can help us with our specific needs.

 

If anyone has tried to solve this issue and has any insights for me, thanks in advance for your comments !

For Zap steps…

In the SETUP tab, select these:

  • App
  • Event
  • Account

In the CONFIGURE tab, you will then have the ability to configure the fields related to the selected app/event.

Thanks for the prompt response. 

I am able to see that, but none of the Options available as Events in the Affinity App/tool, allow me to simply select a list to map and move all the fields from the JotForm to. An Affinity List.

 

The existing action events have a limited set of fields that I can map or use from the source. as you can see from the screen shots below.  I am looking for an action event that would allow me to select all fields in my form , a list in affinity, and be able to map all fields in the form to the corresponding fields in Affinity.

TIP: Click field labels that are underlined to see tooltips with more info.

 

EXAMPLE: For the Affinity Zap step, the Organization field expects the internal Affinity Organization ID, rather than the friendly “Business Name” value, so you need to have a step before to find the Organization by name in order to get the Org ID to map.

 

Once you map/select the correct value, other fields should appear for you to configure.
