Hi I’m trying to create a zap that will create invoices in Quickbooks using a web hook from Sharpspring. The information coming from Sharpspring is based on lead information and I need to map it so that the invoice is created for the leads company. QUickboks is making me choose just one customer from the list see screenshot but I need the zap to create invoices for any customers who details Shaprsping sends to Zapier. Please can anyone help?

Before the Create Invoice step, you need a “Find Customer in QuickBooks Online” step. In this step, you can search for the Customer by their email.
The response of that step would be the Customer ID. Then in the invoice step, you would click on Custom, and pass that ID into the invoice.
