Hi,

I need help importing data from a a checkbox in a Jotform form into my CRM but Zapier doesn’t want to cooperate it seems. Any good suggestions?

Kind of new at zapping so any help would be appreciated.

This is my error message

For us to have more info about the error, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

What are you trying to use the Jotform Custom Action to do?

Outline a specific example for us to have more context.

Ah ok, essentially what I want is, once a new submission is created to the form, I want to check weather a checkbox is filled in or not, if yes then trigger next step: create a new membership.

Ok, just add a Filter step: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
