Hello,

I’m testing Zapier with Convert Forms for Joomla!5. I’m creating my first Zap. No problem to connect to Convert Foms and to find forms. I select one of them, but, when I click on the Test Trigger button, I receive an error:

 Error while retrieving:

Unable to pull submissions

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: JSON results array could not be located.

I reload the page but nothing change.

They are submissions for this form. And the option to save datas in the database is enabled.

 

Could you help me ?

  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode
  • the encountered error

Thanks for your reply.
I followed exactly the Tassos tutorial : https://www.tassos.gr/docs/convert-forms/integrations/zapier

I created an API key in Convert Forms and enabled the API JSON.

When I created a new zap, I entered the key and the url

After to have selected Convert Forms in app, the connexion is ok and I selected New submissions as event

 

In the forms list, I selected this I want

This form has submissions.

When I choose Test trigger the errors occurs

 

I don’t know what I can say more.
The connexion with Convert Forms is ok : the forms list is well displayed.

If I choose a form without submission, I get the message that at least one recent submission is required, which is normal.

I note that I tested the Jason API in the browser with https://xxxxxxx-xxxx.xx/?option=com_ajax&format=raw&plugin=ConvertForms&task=api&api_key={api_key}&endpoint=leads, the content of the submission is well displayed
