Question

Empty values using webhooks

Hey guys, I’ve got a problem. I’ve set up two simple Zaps for my website funnel (https://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XX/) – could you have a look? All the fields are actually required, but I keep getting notifications about entries with empty values. I’ll send you a few screenshots of the email and the Zap; I’d appreciate any feedback.

Check your Zap Run history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi there ​@ZAP-User 👋

Just wanted to check how you’re getting on. I can see you also reached out to our Support team and they suggested adding a Filter to only allow the Zap to continue if certain fields from the Webhooks trigger contained a value. Did that resolve the issue, or is the Zap not passing on the values even when they are present?

If not, can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look? You can use a tool like Zappy to remove any sensitive/personal info from the screenshots before sharing. 🙂
