Cvent API request call error

Using an Apri Request to call a cvent event - specifically this field from the api documentation

https://api-platform-eur.cvent.com/ea/events/{id}/orders

goal is to extra balance due from the attendees that have money owed

i keep getting an authorization error. I have authorization turned on and the process im using works for the other calls im trying to make.

Any idea? seen this as an issue across other forums too
