Connect Iterable with Hubspot

Hi there!

I need help from the community. I would like to connect Iterable with Hubspot, does anybody know who to make that happen? 

I have all the data stored in Iterable and I would like to sync that with my hubspot so I can do a follow up with all my clients. 

Help please! :)
