Catchhook is showing disabled - Please Help

my zaps were working fine and now the catch hooks are shown disabled. 

how is this fixed?

That is designed on purpose.

It means you can’t edit the Webhook provided by Zapier.

You can still copy it by clicking the [COPY] button.

in the catch hook configuration and I put the cursor over the webhook link it shows me that it is disabled

I understand, but when I configure a zap with gravity forms, the webhook link does not appear disabled (and it does not allow me to edit it either, it is not my goal to edit it)

Check

this zap if it works for me correctly.

 

however when I work with a catch hook the zap doesn't work for me

it only shows me old requests, but has stopped receiving current ones (previously my zaps worked fine)

After placing and saving the provided webhook in Gravity Forms, you need to test the form by submitting a new entry, then check the Zap trigger to pull thru the new form submission data.

NOTE: Webhooks are unique per Zap.

Yes, I had already done the test to the form. But finally we found that the error was in the code of the website.
