Does anyone have any experience with connecting a Calendly account to GoHighLevel via webhooks? We are wanting to move away from LeadConnecter (if possible) as it hasn’t been working properly ONLY with our Calendly clients.

When using LeadConnecter, information was not making it over to GoHighLevel period.

Hey @Josh Elledge!

When you say it hasn’t been working, with ONLY your Calendly clients, are these Zaps that are built using the LeadConnector integration? (I’m not 100% clear how this related to High Level...are they the same company, or did they just rename their Zapier integration)

Is it that the Zaps aren’t triggering, or is the action step not working properly?

I found the API docs for High Level: https://highlevel.stoplight.io/docs/integrations/00d0c0ecaa369-get-access-token

UPDATE: I had forgotten the link below, but I have since added it.

This article is about a different app but I explain how to get an access token (which would be similar for High Level, based on what I see in their docs).

What are you trying to in High Level, out of curiosity. Are you creating something, updating something, etc?

@nicksimard

Yes, LeadConnector is the HighLevel Zap app.

Thank you so much for getting back to me! Yes these are Zaps that are built using the LeadConnector integration. Looks like GHL just renamed their Zapier integration.

I’m not really sure what it is because again only an issue with the Calendly integration, we have numerous clients using all types of different calendars (Acuity, OnceHub, etc. No issues.

Its kinda over my head but it seems like the zaps ARE triggering, but only certain actions, if that makes sense. It will add a contact, but not an opportunity and then it won’t add the contact to our campaign/workflow. I’ve attached an image of what our current LeadConnector process is (ignore the exclamation point, this is a dummy account I’ve been running tests on) Step 1. Is Calendly integration, Step 2. is the “Only Continue if...” Action. Hopefully this helps, and I’ve answered your questions!

@Josh Elledge

What Calendly trigger event are you using?

Calendly requires a paid plan to use in Zaps.

Best way to troubleshoot is to check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Josh Elledge Yes, as Troy mentioned, if you can check the Data In and Data Out in the Zap Runs you’ll get a better idea of where things are going wrong.

It may be that certain fields are provided with other trigger apps (besides Calendly) but with Calendly, you’re missing something?
