500 error when uploading file to Freshsales CRM API via webhook

I am trying to send a file to Freshsales CRM using a POST webhook. I have gotten it to work in POstman. However, I had to manually upload the file to postman for it to work. When I try it in Zapier, the Freshsales API gives me error code 500. I think it has to do with how I am passing the file. Anyone have any inisght?

Do you have the correct headers set?

Is the file link publicly accessible?
