Zapier not Connecting to Paypal API

Hi, I started building a Custom App in Zapier so as to store Paypal Client Credentials safely. I used the OAuth connection type and set up the whole thing correctly but when I click connect to app and it takes me to the Paypal login page I keep getting 401 error.  I tried using live credentials, got the same error. I’m using sandbox credentials and I’m getting the same error.
