Integrating Zapier with Sharepoint

Hello,

I need to integrate Zapier with SharePoint however my team is unable to use the out of the box integration since it gives Zapier full access to our SharePoint list which is allowed per security (See screenshot below). Is there a way to restrict the permission while narrowing the Scope for Zapier to only the SharePoint list it should have access to?
