How to fix the expired connection issue between Highlevel and my CRM

I’m trying to connect my highlevel account to another CRM so leads are created automatically in my CRM.  It keeps on telling my connection is expired and I need to reconnect it.  I’ve tried reconnecting multiple times, I also renewed my API on my highlevel account and this still did not work.  What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue, tried private browsing didn't help. tried removing cache issue still persist.
