Hey all,
Is it possible to bipass the need to reauthenticate each time you reset your google account password? I see this help article but wasn’t sure about an App password between google and zapier. https://support.google.com/a/answer/6328616?hl=en&ref_topic=10021546&fl=1&sjid=8876137320170281140-NC#zippy=%2Chow-does-this-change-impact-applications-using-an-app-password-if--step-verification-is-enabled%2Cwhen-do-the-tokens-get-revoked-upon-password-expiry-or-password-change

I’m not aware of a way to make sure the Google app account connection does not break when login credentials change.

Hi @jake.reworx307

Please clarify if this is related to a Zap app integration on the Zapier Developer Platform or using a Google account in a Zap step.

For Zaps, connected app accounts can be managed here: https://zapier.com/apps

Hey @Troy Tessalone
We have several automations that use Gmail for workspace to send out notifications. Each time the gmail password is reset (this is enforced) it breaks the connection. This also seems to happen for Airtable automations and sometimes Stacker. Is there a method to keep these accounts permanently connected regardless of google account password change?

Thanks Troy!
