Not able to connect account for newly created app.
2 issues.

Sometimes in new pop up window auth url is not opening (
hit error getting oauth url)
Sometimes auth page opened and after entering email and pwd received code and but exchange of code (AUTH RuntimeError Lambda function prd-mngd-lmbd_cliappjs18_cli-423959 took too long to be ready to use)
