Which app are you trying to use? (name + screenshot)
NOTE: Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform, so you may need to try reaching out to the app support for help with their Zap app.
That error usually means either:
- a user issue providing the correct field value
- user does not have the correct app plan to use the Zap app integration
- issue with the app itself

I do not work for Zapier.
I recommend reaching out to Groove.cm Support for help with their Zap app integration, which they likely created and manage.
