I'm encountering several issues with my current Zapier AI agent

Workflow and would appreciate your guidance:

 

1. ChatGPT Integration: I'm using the ChatGPT: Create Assistant action to correct spelling and grammar in CVs. However, the assistant isn't functioning as expected, and the corrections aren't being applied.

 

 

2. Google Drive Upload Errors: When attempting to upload documents to Google Drive, I receive errors indicating that the file couldn't be created. I've ensured that the file is accessible and that the correct fields are mapped.

 

 

3. Symbol Removal in CVs: Despite including logic to remove symbols like dashes (-) from CVs, these symbols persist in the final documents.

 

 

4. Date Formatting: I need all dates in the CVs to be formatted as 'MMM YYYY' (e.g., JAN 2023), but they currently appear in formats like '01-01-1990'.

 

 

5. Profile Field Not Populating: The {{profile}} field in my Google Docs template remains empty, even though the profile information is provided.

 

 

 

I've reviewed my Zap configurations and Python code but haven't been able to resolve these issues. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
