Why is Copilot suggesting functionalities that do not exist in Zapier ? Refund possible ?

I wanted to create a Zap to automatically reply to Facebook comments using ChatGPT.

I have asked Copilot in Zapier to know if this was doable, Copilot mentions “Reply to Comment” which does not exist… (see below screenshot)

The problem is that I have based my annual purchase thinking this would be possible to do.

How else could I proceed here ?

OR 

is it possible to get a refund ?

Copilot mentions “Reply to Comment” several times.
