When I try to publish Zapier’s chatbot code in google tag manager, I get the error message:

“Invalid HTML, CSS, or JavaScript found”

Help us have more info by posting these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • the encountered error on the Zap step

There’s no Zap step issue.

It’s a Zap chatbot code that I need to publish in google tag manager.

No biggie if you don’t have the GTM code version of Zap chatbot.
