Hello I am in Insurance sales more specifically Medicare insurance sales and I am exploring new options in the realm of automation to try to make my life a little easier. I currently use ChatGpt and have just signed up with ManyChats and Zapier by recommendation of ChatGpt. 

I am looking to utilize ManyChats and ChatGpt to help answer clients questions and was told that I needed a platform like Zapier to help with this process. I am really new to this but a fast  learner around tech, so just trying to get a better understanding of how I can connect the programs.

1. A client asks a question in ManyChat.

2. ManyChat sends the question to ChatGPT.

3. ChatGPT generates a response and sends it back to ManyChat to share with your client.

 

Step 2: Connect ManyChat to Zapier

1. Set up a Trigger in ManyChat:

• Use the “New Subscriber” or “Chat opened” event as your starting point.

• For example, if someone sends a message to open a chat, that could trigger the Zap.

2. Send the Data to Zapier:

• ManyChat has built-in integrations with Zapier, so you can send the client’s question and their information into Zapier.

 

Step 3: Connect ChatGPT (via OpenAI or ChatGPT) to Zapier

1. Customize ChatGPT’s Response:

• Use a well-crafted prompt to ensure ChatGPT gives accurate and relevant answers.

• Example prompt: “Respond to this question as a knowledgeable Medicare insurance advisor: eInsert Client’s Question Here].”

 

Step 4: Send the ChatGPT Response Back to ManyChat

1. Route the Response Back:

• Zapier will take the response from ChatGPT and send it back to ManyChat using an action such as Send Dynamic Message or Send SMS Text Message

 

Additional Ideas for Automation:

• Lead Management: When a client interacts in ManyChat, Zapier can automatically add them to a CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets.

• Appointment Scheduling: Use ManyChat to gather client availability, and Zapier can integrate with Calendly or Google Calendar to schedule calls.

• Email Follow-Ups: Automate sending personalized email sequences using platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
