I’m currently using Zapier AI Actions to integrate Google Sheets with GPT, and while most of the setup works well, I’ve encountered an issue when using the preview link feature. Here’s the situation:

  1. I’ve set up an AI Action in Zapier to retrieve and update data from Google Sheets.
  2. When the preview mode is disabled, the workflow executes perfectly, and GPT receives the expected results.
  3. However, when I use the preview link to manually review and execute the action, the results are not transmitted back to GPT.

It seems like the manual execution from the preview link does not trigger the necessary data flow back to Zapier AI Actions or GPT.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could explain why this issue occurs and guide me on how to resolve it effectively.
