I am trying to create a Zap that will send an outbound email using Outlook to the Members of a Trello card that has moved into a specific list on a Board. The issue I am facing is trying to populate the “To” field in the Action section and selecting the correct data from the Insert Data options, this works if I add a static email address

An email To field expects an valid email address value.
Can the email address be taken from who the members of the card are as the email will need to go to different people depending on who was working on the item the card relates to
Check to see if the Trello step returns the Card Members Email, or perhaps their Name.
You may need to add additional Zap steps to find the Member.
Or you may need to add native Trello automations to set the Members Emails in a custom field to then reference in the Zap.
