is there any possibility which help me to automate actions for end user? I need to create a zap which will have a trigger and an action. I want end user to use directly that zap. 

Is there any way it can be achieved? For example in the action I need to select some formats of data to be sent. All those format will be redefined by me, can be used by any user via Zapier.
