Is there any way I can have an "Option in zapier Action" to upload file directly from my local

Zapier.com doesn’t Provide such facility.
One of the reasons to that is that zapier.com requires a publicly accessible media link to fetch a file. Files stored at local storage are not publicly accessible.
To resolve this issue:
- Try using any cloud based service or any integrated tool that provides a publicly accessible media link to that file.
- Upload the file to that application.
- Integrate it with zapier.com
- Access the file.
