Hi @Automation_Power_User

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap step is configured
  • the encountered error in the Zap step

Hello @Automation_Power_User

This usually means Zapier can’t find a Zoom cloud recording yet.

Quick checks
• The meeting was recorded to the cloud not locally
• Zoom may still be processing the recording when the Zap runs
• The connected Zoom account has access to that meeting’s recordings

If the Zap runs right after the meeting ends, try adding a Delay by Zapier step or use the New Recording trigger instead. You can also review the run in Zap History to confirm the meeting ID.

Hi

This usually happens when Zapier can’t find the Zoom cloud recording yet.

A few quick things to check:
• Make sure the meeting was recorded to the cloud, not locally
• Zoom may still be processing the file when the Zap runs
• Confirm the connected Zoom account has access to that recording

If your Zap runs immediately after the meeting ends, try adding a Delay step before pulling the recording, or switch to the New Recording trigger instead. Also, checking Zap History can help confirm if the meeting ID is being picked up correctly.

Hope this helps 👍
