To clarify, is this the first time you are trying to connect your Zoho CRM with Zapier or you have connected other Zoho CRM app account before?
If this is the first time, that error usually happens when we choose the wrong domain in the Authentication pop-up window. I recommend checking that the domain that you choose in the authentication window is the correct one.
On the other hand, if this is not the first time you are connecting your Zoho CRM app account, you might just need to refresh your app connection.
- To do this, go to the app connection page found in the My Apps page here - https://zapier.com/app/connections
- Then click "Reconnect" on the connection used in the affected Zap.
- If the above did not work delete the connection and add it using the "Add connection" button.
