Might be due to the email value being a timestamp.

Yes ! but i did not find any @ to push, so i enter it manually, and it works.

But i wonder, if zapier in test mode doesn’t find any  @ field , i assume that the unsubscribe will not work in real situation, isn’t ?

Per the GMB API docs, it doesn’t appear that the email address is returned for the reviewer: https://developers.google.com/my-business/reference/rest/v4/accounts.locations.reviews/get

If the gmb api does not give access to the @ data, i wonder what d be the workaround ?

I know that when a review is posted, google send a @  notification to the owner of the listing.

Any idea from there where to go to stop sending recall email campaign ?

Hey there @Mozpierre,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the Google My Business “New Review” trigger doesn’t return the email address data of the reviewer, and the Zoho Campaigns “Unsubscribe” action requires an email. Hence, I think you can’t integrate Google My Business with Zoho Campaigns because of that.

We do have an open feature request to add the email address data to the “New Review” trigger. Please let me know if you want to get added to that feature request.

Update : i ve been trying to look for inside the gmb notification message trace of @ recipient, but no way no @ data to be matched with zoho campaign recipients emails list  :(

@ken.a , yes ! d be fine, thanks ! but as @Troy Tessalone said, if gmb api don’t allow access to the @ data of reviewers, no way your side to collect it in your connector , isn’t ?

Feature requests are how our team tracks interest in new features. Adding your vote will also allow you to stay informed via email if this is implemented! In this case, GMB’s API would need to change before we could support this. So while I don’t anticipate we’ll see this go live anytime soon, we’ll update the thread if that changes.
