Hi. When trying to reconnect an App (Zendesk) I get the error below. I found an old post in this community saying they fixed it by using the correct email address. In my case, the email il 10000% correct. I’m really not sure what the issue is

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: Unable to get a value when looking for "meta". Is it empty or missing?

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions

@fmp23 Hey there! Can you please upload a screenshot of both your Zap set up (in similar fashion to the screenshot below) as well as the error message you received? This will give us a great starting point on diagnosing the issue. Looking forward to hearing back! 

 


I managed to resolve! The issue was with the Account name not being correct. Thank you
