I have many zaps using trello find a card and they all have stopped working lately. The error that comes back is 

Failed to find a card in Trello

Error from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search.  

Nothing has changed on my end. Is anyone else having this issue?

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing the encountered error and how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode.

I have the exact card id in the incoming info and it still can’t find it.

Try using this Zap action: Trello - Find Card by ID

 

Or try this Zap action: Trello - Find Card by Custom Query

 

For Zap action: Trello - Find Card

Things to check/try: 

  • Check the Trello Card ID exists in the selected Trello Board
  • Check the Trello Card ID exists in the selected Trello Board List
  • Check the Trello Card ID exists and was not deleted
