Zaps based on the same Google Form but different questions are being triggered at the same time.

I created four different Zaps based on the same Google Form. Each zap uses a different question as a trigger for the action but all of the zaps are being triggered at the same time regardless if the question selected is being answered. They are not being answered at the same time, this shouldn’t be happening.

Example of my form and each zap

Question 1:

What issue are you having?

1. Issue A → takes you to section A of the form → end of form
2. Issue B → takes you to section B of the form → end of form
3. Issue C → takes you to section C of the form → end of form
4. Issue D → takes you to section D of the form → end of form

For Zap A, the trigger question is inside the section A so this zap should happen only if you select Issue A and answer that section. The same works for all the other zaps. You can only answer questions of one section at a time, there is no way to answer different sections.

What should I do? The four zaps are being triggered when only one should be.
