Despite reconnecting and renewing API Key Zap won’t retrieve new records from the form in squarespace

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured and link to the Squarespace API endpoint you referenced to configure the API request in the Zap step.

Hello ​@Soren   This is usually a trigger setup issue rather than the API key itself.

A few quick things to check.

Squarespace form triggers only fire for brand new submissions. Testing with old or edited entries won’t pull new data.

If the form was duplicated or rebuilt in Squarespace, Zapier may still be listening to the old form ID. Re select the form in the trigger or recreate the trigger step.

Make sure the Zap is turned on and give it time if it’s a polling trigger since checks run every few minutes depending on plan.

Also confirm the form is a native Squarespace form storing submissions in Squarespace. Forms that only send via email won’t trigger Zaps.
