Why can’t I enter event number manually. What is the reason we have “Custom” field on drop down when you can’t enter anything.

We’ll need to see screenshots to have enough context about what you are referring to in the Zap.
Hey, not sure if you're still having this issue. But if your issue was that you're unable to see the actual questions from the form field. IE, they're just labeled Question 1, Question 2. Make sure that you actually trigger your initial LinkedIn form in Zapier, and then it'll give you a few different form submission examples, play around with those until you get the actual form questions in the Event portion of the Zap.
