Zapier Trigger doesn't work

"My problem is that the Zapier trigger isn’t firing the zap. I have a sequence that starts with a Schedule, which should send an email every 3 days, and I set it to start the next day. When I run the test, it works perfectly and sends the email. But when I leave it activated, the next day it doesn’t start sending the first email. What am I doing wrong?"

@Santiago Vilar I think it’s because you set the start date in the past.

I haven’t tested interval feature, but I believe you need to set that as the first day you want the zap to trigger, then the interval will count from there.

I would set the start date to tomorrow and see what happens. If you still don’t see anything write back here.

Thank you, Andrew. Obviously, I did it as you explained. The screenshot is from a zap created on 2025/11/07. But for some reason, the next day (2025/11/08, the screenshot date) it didn’t start.

Hi @Santiago Vilar

For the Start Date field try inputting dates in this format: YYYY-MM-DD

Help links for using the Schedule Zap app: https://zapier.com/apps/schedule/integrations#help

TIP: Click field labels with tooltips for more info that may provide guidance.

Check your Zap Run history for activity and errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Santiago Vilar Can you check your History page - just in case the zap has been triggering, but something else is preventing the email.

I went to History page and  and I see something related with sending time  (am-pm).  I have I’ve got it.

Thankyou
